English summary: The Book of Jeremiah is the subject of intense debate within the field of exegesis, not least regarding its textual transmission, for in addition to the Hebrew edition there also exists a much shorter translation of the Septuagint from the Classical period. Furthermore, the book contains rich traces of an eventful editorial history, namely in the form of extensive deuterocanonical portions. This volume contains sixteen studies, in which Hermann-Josef Stipp focuses especially on these issues. In his studies on the textual transmission of the Book of Jeremiah he discusses the significance of the differences between MT and LXX as well as the translation technique used in LXX. Furthermore, he focuses especially on deuterocanonical editing of the book, in particular how it can be identified, its methodology, internal stratification, origins, theological orientation and its continuing influence in the later editorial history of the book. German description: Das Jeremiabuch ist in der exegetischen Wissenschaft Gegenstand intensiver Diskussionen, schon bedingt durch seine Textuberlieferung, denn neben der hebraischen Ausgabe ist aus der Antike die erheblich kurzere Ubersetzung der Septuaginta uberliefert. Ferner ist das Buch reich an Spuren einer bewegten Redaktionsgeschichte, namentlich in Gestalt umfangreicher deuteronomistischer Anteile. Der vorliegende Band enthalt sechzehn Studien, in denen sich Hermann-Josef Stipp vor allem diesen Fragen widmet. In Arbeiten zur Textuberlieferung des Jeremiabuches behandelt er die Bedeutung der Differenzen zwischen MT und LXX sowie die Ubersetzungstechnik der LXX. Weiterhin gilt ein Hauptaugenmerk der deuteronomistischen Redaktion des Buches, namentlich ihrer Erkennbarkeit, Arbeitsweise, inneren Schichtung, Heimat, theologischen Ausrichtung und Fortwirken in der weiteren Redaktionsgeschichte des Buches.
