Eine Rekonstruktion der Redaktionsgeschichte der hinteren Sinaiperikope (Exodus 32-34) vor dem Hintergrund aktueller Pentateuchmodelle

English summary: In his detailed analysis of Ex 32-34, Michael Konkel examines the most important current models of Pentateuchal theory. Contrary to the present trend towards dating them from a later period, he offers evidence of a preexilic composition in Ex 32* which reflects the fall of the Northern Kingdom (722 BCE) and the campaign of Sennacherib (701 BCE). For the first time, there was a concept of a common history of guilt shared by the North and the South Kingdoms. In the preexilic era, this composition was continued in Ex 34*. Apart from that, it can be assumed that a great deal of redaction was done with the Priestly Document. The final composition is characterized by intertextual references that cover the whole Enneateuch (Gen – 2 Kings) as well as a highly differentiating theology of grace which erases the guidelines given in the Deuteronomic school and the Priestly Document and results in a new synthesis. German description: Das Herz der Tora schlagt am Sinai. Gleichwohl wurde bisher kein Pentateuchmodell von einer Analyse der Sinaiperikope her entwickelt. Michael Konkel stellt anhand einer synchronen wie diachronen Detailanalyse der hinteren Sinaiperikope (Ex 32-34) die wichtigsten aktuellen Pentateuchmodelle auf den Prufstand. Er entwickelt ein eigenes redaktionsgeschichtliches Modell und befragt die einzelnen rekonstruierten Kompositionsstufen auf ihre theologische Leistungsfahigkeit hin. Entgegen dem derzeitigen Trend zur Spatdatierung gelingt ihm der Nachweis einer vorexilischen Komposition in Ex 32*, die die Schrecken des Untergangs des Nordreichs (722 v. Chr.) und des Sanherib-Feldzugs (701 v. Chr.) verarbeitet. Erstmalig wird dort eine gemeinsame Schuldgeschichte von Nord- und Sudreich konstruiert, bei der die Gerichtsprophetie des Nordreichs an den Sinai wandert. Noch in vorexilischer Zeit wird diese Komposition mit Ex 34* fortgeschrieben und auf Basis der sogenannten Gnadenformel und des Privilegrechts eine Zukunftsperspektive fur Israel eroffnet. Daruber hinaus ist mit einem breiten Anteil nachpriesterschriftlicher Redaktion zu rechnen. Kennzeichen der heute vorliegenden Gesamtkomposition aus spatnachexilischer Zeit sind zum einen eine Enneateuchperspektive, die intertextuelle Verweise vom Buch Genesis bis zum Ende der Konigebucher setzt, zum anderen eine hoch differenzierte Gnadentheologie, die sowohl die Vorgaben des Deuteronomismus wie auch der Priesterschrift sprengt und zu einer neuen Synthese fuhrt.
