Gesu e la figura di Davide in Mc 2,23-26. Studio di Damia Roure sulla controversia delle spighe. L’autore analizza il significato e la figura di Davide dell’argomentazione di Gesu, in relazione alla legge. L’autore fa riferimento a testi biblici, qumranici, targumici e rabbinici in cui Davide e presentato come interprete della legge. Mc 2,23-28: Controversia de las espigas. Cual es el significado de la figura de David en la argumentacion de Jesus? Presentado el estado de la cuestion y la problematica de la pericopa, un analisis del episodio permite precisar, por una parte, el tipo de discurso y la forma de argumentacion usados y, por otra, constatar la necesidad de una investigacion sobre la figura de David como profeta e interprete de la Ley para reconstruir el ambiente del fragmento en estudio. En epoca de Jesus, la alusion a David debia evocar su autoridad en relacion con la Ley, como lo indica el hecho de que fuera citado aqui en el contexto de una controversia halaquica. En la parte central de la obra se analizan, por ello, distintos textos biblicos, qumranicos, targumicos y rabinicos, en los que la figura de David, segun diversas tradiciones, tiene relacion con la Ley y con su interpretacion. El metodo seguido ha consistido en analizar de cada uno de estos campos un texto especialmente significativo, con sus pasajes afines. El resultado obtenido, que aporta nuevos materiales sobre la concepcion de David en el periodo intertestamentario y neotestamentario, permite situar mejor la argumentacion de Mc 2,23-26 en el contexto de la epoca, y realizar, finalmente, una exegesis del pasaje.
