English summary: This volume seeks to reconcile antiquity with modern times by proposing a cohabitation or fusion of ancient and modern cities. Book II begins with a study of all the hot springs that are still visible or marked by the headwaters. By doing this, Biondo continues with the survey method used in the first book, where he had rigorously followed the development of the city established by the Mirabilias (its walls, doors, etc.), which would be ruled by their successors until the 16th century. French text.
