English summary: Metaphysics claims to constitute the theoretical and universal (not the hermeneutical and not the perspective) science of the logical space, meaning the total sum of what can be real and what can be thought. Anton Friedrich Koch presents Hegel’s theoretical philosophy as a form of non-standard metaphysics that does not understand logical space as a static condition, but sees and further develops it as a logical process. Its successive phases correspond to the basic concepts and main theses of the various, mutually exclusive metaphysical theories that have been and could be conceived of in the history of philosophy (and still can). Against this background, the initial chapters of Phanomenologie des Geistes (The Phenomenology of Spirit) and subsequently most especially the Wissenschaft der Logik (The Science of Logic) as well as Hegel’s standing in the history of philosophy are discussed from various viewpoints. German description: Die Metaphysik ist ihrem Anspruch nach die theoretische und universale (nicht hermeneutische und nicht perspektivische) Wissenschaft des logischen Raumes, d. h. der Gesamtheit dessen, was der Fall sein und gedacht werden kann. Anton Friedrich Koch prasentiert Hegels theoretische Philosophie als eine Nichtstandard-Metaphysik, die den logischen Raum nicht als unwandelbare Gegebenheit, sondern als logischen Prozess begreift und entfaltet. Dessen sukzessiven Stadien entsprechen die Grundbegriffe und Hauptthesen der verschiedenen, einander ausschliessenden metaphysischen Theorien, die in der Philosophiegeschichte entwickelt worden sind und entwickelt werden konnten (und noch konnen). Die Anfangskapitel der Phanomenologie des Geistes und dann vor allem die Wissenschaft der Logik sowie Hegels Stellung in der Philosophiegeschichte werden vor diesem Hintergrund unter verschiedenen Fragestellungen beleuchtet.
