English summary: The Song of Songs tells a story which alternates between poetry and narrative. In this work, Stefan Fischer presents a new translation of the Song of Songs, showing how its plot focuses on the intimacy between the lovers, and describes its narrative elements. For his interpretation, he draws on the aesthetics of reception and structuralism. His work provides a new interpretation of the text as a dramatic form of a sapiential teacher’s narrative and also makes an exemplary contribution to the methodology of applying literary approaches to the Old Testament. It also opens up new horizons for a dialogical approach to the text. German description: Das Hohelied Salomos erzahlt eine Liebesgeschichte. Es steht zwischen Poesie und Erzahlung. Deshalb bestimmen rezeptionsasthetische und strukturalistische Ansatze die Interpretation. Stefan Fischer bietet eine neue Ubersetzung und eine Strukturanalyse, welche zeigt, dass die Vereinigung der Liebenden im Zentrum steht. Die synchrone Textanalyse erfolgt mit literaturwissenschaftlichen Methoden der Erzahltextanalyse. Dazu analysiert der Autor die konstitutiven Elemente der Darstellung im Anschluss an Gerard Genette und bestimmt die Bausteine der Handlung. Somit bietet das Buch eine neue Interpretation als dramatische Form einer weisheitlichen Lehrerzahlung und einen exemplarischen Beitrag zur Methodik der Anwendung literaturwissenschaftlicher Ansatze auf das Alte Testament. Es offnet den Horizont fur einen dialogischen Zugang zum Text, der nicht auf autoritative Weisung angelegt ist.
