Immerhin war Ludwig Hodl – zusammen mit Wolfgang Kluxen – Jahrzehnte lang ihr Herausgeber. Ihm ist diese Festschrift anlasslich seines funfundachtzigsten Geburtstags in Dankbarkeit gewidmet. Thematisch geht es in allen Beitragen um die Wahrheit, genauer um das theologisch-philosophische Wahrheitsverstandnis des Mittelalters. Und doch geht es nicht nur um Historie; denn es zeigt sich exemplarisch: “Die Aufhellung der Geschichte” des Wahrheitsverstandnisses wirft Licht auf die Gegenwart.
