(Post)Koloniale Rechtswissenschaft
edited by Philipp Dann, Isabel Feichtner and Jochen von Bernstorff
This book examines the role of legal scholarship in German colonialism and colonial continuities in Germany’s law. The focus is on the period in which the German Empire was a colonial power, the aftermath of colonialism since 1919, and current jurisprudential debates for which colonial dimensions or postcolonial theoretical offerings are relevant.
