German text. German description: Die bronzezeitliche Hohensiedlung von Fuente Alamo liegt im Sudosten der Iberischen Halbinsel auf einem am Sudrand der Sierra Almagro aufragenden Felsklotz. Hier fuhrte zwischen 1977 und 1999 das Deutsche Archaologische Institut Madrid Ausgrabungen durch, deren Ergebnisse bereits in drei Banden uber Stratigraphie, Architektur und naturwissenschaftliche Forschungen sowie uber Steingerate (auch -muhlen) und Keramik aus dem Siedlungsbereich vorgelegt wurden. Ihnen folgt nun als vierter Band eine Studie uber die 118 Graber, die – wie in der El Argar-Kultur ublich – uberwiegend in der Siedlung angelegt wurden und dadurch uber die Datierung der Siedlungsschichten einen bedeutsamen Beitrag zur Chronologie der El Argar-Kultur liefern. Unter Einbeziehung der anthropologischen Forschungsergebnisse werden die Grabanlagen in Planen.,Schnitten und Fotografien vorgestellt, ebenso die Grabbeigaben an Keramik, Metallwaffen und -gerat, auch Korperschmuck aus Bronze, Silber und seltener Gold. Die Auswertung der Befunde bietet Einblicke in die Bestattungssitten in Steinkisten, grossen Tongefassen oder Felsnischen sowie in die Totenrituale und erlaubt so Aussagen von uberregionaler Bedeutung zu einer Differenzierung der Geschlechter und zur sozialen Gliederung der bronzezeitlichen Gesellschaft.
