English summary: This volume brings together eleven essays written by the Tubingen based Old Testament scholar Erhard Blum between 1975 and 2014. It supplements an existing collection titled “Textgestalt und Composition” containing work on parts of the canon that cover the Torah and the Major prophets (FAT 69) with work devoted to interdisciplinary aspects of the interpretation of the Old Testament. The volume examines aspects that include the nature of historical transmission of the Old Testament as well as methodical categories such as synchrony and form criticism. There are also some more philologically oriented studies for example on Elohim, the word used to describe God, or the old Hebrew verbal system. A third area of focus includes hermeneutic studies that consider the implications of the Christianity’s interpretation of the Old Testament in the context of its relationship with Judaism. Er erganzt die bereits vorliegende Sammlung “Textgestalt und Komposition” mit Arbeiten zu den Kanonteilen Tora und Vordere Propheten (FAT 69) um Studien, die ubergreifenden Aspekten der Auslegung des Alten Testaments gewidmet sind. Diese beschaftigen sich unter anderem mit dem Charakter der alttestamentlichen Geschichtsuberlieferungen und mit methodischen Kategorien wie Synchronie oder Formgeschichte. Hinzu kommen starker philologisch ausgerichtete Untersuchungen etwa zur Gottesbezeichnung Elohim oder dem althebraischen Verbalsystem. Einen dritten Schwerpunkt bilden hermeneutische Arbeiten, die Implikationen der christlichen Auslegung des Alten Testaments im Rahmen der Begegnung mit dem Judentum bedenken.
