Calvin en polemique
Une maieutique du verbe
by Nathalie Szczech, preface by Olivier Millet
This work analyzes the role of polemics-a veritable maieutics, or Socratic method-that brought the reformer into the world between 1531 and 1564. It shows how it came about that the authority of Letters glided into the ministry of the Word, helping to construct both a reformer and a reformed church.
