Past decades have witnessed an increasing interest in the Book of the Twelve. James Nogalski and Paul House had spearheaded research on this subject by presenting approaches that account for the Book as a whole. Meanwhile, others like Ehud Ben Zvi had their reservations. This collection of essays discusses the hermeneutical, exegetical and theological significance of these opposing perspectives and explores avenues of future research. The various essays particularly focus on the importance of reading and reflecting on each of the books individually.
