Like the Arab Spring, corporate upheaval created a unique face for the Arab world. Because of this, theological practices are emerging in our communities. This book allows us to examine theology from less traditional stances (in terms of a university education, lectures, academic discourse, etc) and it suggests that these are practices that have developed from the current intellectual context of secularization. Together with theology, this book examines the world of the university, and more broadly that of the public space, but it also examines the prospects of learning and teaching theology in an interfaith and intercultural context.

La theologique vivrait-elle, elle aussi, un printemps qui se generalise en meme temps qu’il se concretise par des pratiques novatrices? Cet ouvrage permet d’examiner comment faire theologie a partir de postures moins traditionnelles (en termes d’enseignement universitaire, de cours magistraux, de discours professoral, etc.). Il deploie le ou les sens que portent ces pratiques issues du contexte actuel de la dechristianisation. Le printemps qui bouleverse et anime la theologie actuelle nous oblige a tourner notre regard non sur le passe afin de le restaurer de quelque maniere ni sur l’avenir pour deployer d’autres projections theoriciennes, mais sur le present avec tout ce qui s’y trouve et s’y donne comme exigences. D’o- les questions principales que soulevent tour a tour les auteurs qui ont contribue a cet ouvrage: – Quelles sont ces pratiques theologiques nouvelles qui emergent dans nos milieux universitaires, dans l’Eglise et ailleurs? – En quoi s’agit-il de signes de printemps theologique? – Comment se fait l’acte theologique en fonction des conditions concretes qui sont les notres aujourd’hui? De concert avec la theologie, sont revisites le monde de l’universite, plus largement encore celui de l’espace public, mais aussi les perspectives de l’apprentissage-enseignement de la theologie et de ses destinaires, qui plus est dans un contexte interreligieux et interculturel.
