Le present volume reunit les contributions du XIe congres de la Societe d’Etudes Kantiennes de Langue Francaise, qui s’est tenu a Salvador de Bahia (Bresil) en octobre 2013. Consacre au concept de raison pratique, il explore quatre grands axes de reflexion. Le premier axe prend la Critique de la raison pratique pour objet et s’efforce de developper une lecture interne de l’oeuvre a partir des differents moments qui la composent (Preface, Elucidation critique de l’analytique de la raison pratique pure, Typique, Methodologie …). Le second axe analyse un certain nombre de concepts importants de la raison pratique (liberte, autonomie, devoir, sentiment moral…) et explicite la signification qu’ils recoivent dans l’ensemble de l’opus kantien, mettant ainsi en evidence l’importance fondamentale de ces concepts “pratiques” dans la philosophie kantienne tout entiere. Le troisieme axe developpe une reflexion sur la presence de la raison pratique dans la philosophie de l’histoire, la philosophie du droit et la philosophie politique. Le quatrieme et dernier axe de recherche prend appui sur l’importance et l’actualite que continue d’avoir, aujourd’hui encore, la conception kantienne de la raison pratique. Qu’on s’y reconnaisse ou qu’on s’y oppose – plus ou moins – frontalement, il reste que cette conception a influence la philosophie morale de ses successeurs et qu’elle continue de travailler la philosophie morale et politique contemporaine. Les contributions rassemblees dans la derniere partie de ce volume permettent, en derniere analyse, de rendre compte de cet heritage critique dans ses multiples dimensions et ses modalites tres diverses.
