Dr. Gunter Mayer (geb. 1936) ist Professor fur Geschichte und Literatur des Judentums an der Universitat Mainz. Dr. Hermann Greive (1935-84) war Professor fur Judaistik an der Universitat Koln. Dr. Jakob J. Petuchowski (1925-91) war Professor of Rabbinics am Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion Cincinnati/USA. Dr. Phillip Sigal (1927-85) war Rabbiner in Grand Rapids und Visiting Lecturer an der University of Michigan/USA. Dr. Dr. Leo Trepp (geb. 1913) war Professor fur Philosophie am Napa College/USA und ist Honorarprofessor fur Judaistik an der Universitat Mainz.
