Zeitsensible theologische Ethik
Eine Untersuchung zur Zeitgebundenheit und Zeitbezogenheit ethischer Fragen
by Raphaela J. Meyer zu Horste-Buhrer
English summary: Does theological ethics stand in time or must ethics always be timeless in order to guarantee its independence? Is an ethics beyond or above the concrete stories of life and relationships even imaginable? In an encounter with the approaches of Trutz Rendtorff, Jurgen Moltmann and Hans G. Ulrich, the author explores the self-claims of theological ethics to supratemporal universalisability and orientation in concrete temporal contexts. She traces the contours of a time-sensitive ethics that does not have to deny its own time-bound and time-relatedness and at the same time can maintain a reflective distance to its questions.
