Die Darstellung konzentriert sich auf die Vermittlung eines grundlegenden Verstandnisses, indem systematische Bezuge – vor allem zum Allgemeinen Teil – in den Mittelpunkt geruckt werden. Im Text wird uberwiegend auf gut zugangliche Ausbildungsliteratur verwiesen. Der Vielgestaltigkeit des Besonderen Teils wird durch die unterschiedlichen Perspektiven der Bearbeiter des Bandes Rechnung getragen.
