Les “Magasins nord” de Thoutmosis III sont un ensemble de huit salles accessibles par le couloir perimetral de l’enceinte en gres du temple d’Amon-Re a Karnak. Baties par Thoutmosis III pendant son regne autonome apres la disparition de la reine Hatchepsout, ces salles forment un complexe a l’acces restreint qui a subi plusieurs transformations architecturales dont les plus remarquables sont la modification de son acces ouest au cours du regne meme de Thoutmosis III et la decoration d’une des salles du complexe par Ptolemee XI Soter II pres de quatorze siecles apres sa construction. Cet ensemble entretient des liens etroits avec les autres structures du regne de Thoutmosis III dont l’Akh-menou, nouveau cur cultuel du temple d’Amon-Re, mais aussi avec les zones d’acces et le centre du temple de Karnak. Ce volume livre pour la premiere fois l’ensemble de la matiere epigraphique, en grande partie inedite, de ce secteur (fac-similes, textes hieroglyphiques en ligne et traduction commentee) ainsi qu’une couverture photographique complete, realisee apres l’achevement, en 2016, d’un important programme de restauration et de conservation.
