The New Testament writings bear witness to numerous conflicts among the early Christians as well as attempts to resolve them. Issues of right doctrine and right conduct are wrestled with both externally and internally. In this volume, selected conflicts are analysed by use of various methods.
Die Schriften des Neuen Testaments geben Zeugnis von unterschiedlichen Konflikten und Krisen unter den fruhen christusglaubigen Gemeinden sowie Versuchen, diese zu bewaltigen. Man ringt um Fragen der rechten Lehre und des rechten Verhaltens; Auseinandersetzungen erfolgen gegenuber der Umwelt nach aussen oder gegenuber anderen glaubigen Gruppierungen nach innen. In den Briefen werden diese Konflikte oft direkt ausgetragen und konkrete Konsequenzen der Jesusnachfolge gefordert, in den Erzahltexten der Evangelien und der Apostelgeschichte werden die Auseinandersetzungen haufig starker in die Interaktion der Erzahlfiguren untereinander eingespielt. Im vorliegenden Band werden aus einer Vielzahl der neutestamentlichen Schriften exemplarische Konflikte und Krisen sowie Bewaltigungsstrategien thematisiert und mittels verschiedener methodischer Herangehensweisen analysiert.
