Sans detour: l’intention de ce livre est de comprendre le sens de la Critique de la raison pure. Il entend montrer jusqu’a quel point et en vertu de quelle rigueur le probleme essentiel de la Critique est celui de la possibilite d’un savoir a priori. La question cardinale de Kant est bien: comment la metaphysique est-elle possible comme science? Cela n’est que trop connu. Mais la reponse de Kant l’est beaucoup moins. Ou Kant repond-il, de maniere claire et distincte, a la question de la justification du savoir a priori et des lors de la metaphysique comme science? C’est a cette question que le present ouvrage se propose de repondre.
