Inkulturation: ein fester Begriff im theologischen Vokabular, der das Verhaltnis von Glaube, Christentum oder Kirche einerseits und Kultur oder Kulturen andererseits zu ergrunden sucht. Der vorliegende Band aus der Reihe “Theologie der Einen Welt” beleuchtet in funf Kapiteln den schillernden Begriff, der zu einem Schlusselbegriff (missions-)theologischer Reflexion geworden ist. Im ersten Kapitel stellen die Autoren in ihren Beitragen fruhe Ansatze der Inkulturation in der Kirchengeschichte vor. Im zweiten Kapitel zeigen die Autoren den Zusammenhang zwischen Offenbarungsverstandnis und Inkulturationsbegriff auf. Im Kapitel “Modelle der Inkulturation” wird dargestellt, wie sich Inkulturation in unterschiedlichen Kontexten konkretisiert. Das vierte Kapitel geht auf das Verhaltnis von Kontextualisierung und Inkulturation ein, wahrend sich die Autoren im funften Kapitel mit dem Spannungsverhaltnis zwischen Inkulturation und Interkulturalitat beschaftigen.
