Law in Times of Crisis.

Anlasslich des 70. Geburtstag von Yoram Danziger, ehemaliger Richter am Obersten Gerichtshof in Israel und Professor an der Universitat Tel Aviv, haben Kollegen und Freunde eine Festschrift mit dem Titel Law in Times of Crisis verfasst. Die Beitrage der internationalen Autoren behandeln verschiedene Themen des israelischen Rechtssystems, vom Verfassungsrecht uber das Strafrecht bis zur digitalen Transformation und Ethik, und wurdigen Danzigers vielseitiges Wirken.

English summary: On the occasion of the 70th birthday of Yoram Danziger, former judge at the Supreme Court in Israel and professor at Tel Aviv University, colleagues and friends have written a commemorative volume entitled Law in Times of Crisis. The contributions by the international authors deal with various topics of the Israeli legal system, from constitutional law and criminal law to digital transformation and ethics, and pay tribute to Danziger’s multifaceted work. In diesen schwierigen Zeiten steht das israelische Verfassungssystem mehr denn je unter Druck. Unter dem Titel Law in Times of Crisis vereint der englischsprachige Band eine internationale Gruppe von Autorinnen und Autoren.
