by Giuseppe Squillace
Cleopatra sails up the river Cydno to meet Mark Antony by a sumptuous boat with a golden stern; music accompanie the oarsmens while the burned essences enveloping the ship in a perfumed cloud. It is obvious that Mark Anthony agrees to board the Cleopatra’s boat. This is the beginnin of the one of rhe most famous love affairs in History.
