Auch der Frage, ob Qualitatsmanagement und Leitbilder einer Organisation angewandte Spiritualitat garantieren und ob eine Krise besser mit Psychotherapie oder mit geistlicher Begleitung beantwortet wird, ist Thema. Ferner berichten Manner und Frauen uber ihre eigene gelebte Spiritualitat.
