English summary: The great post-Descartes philosophers of the classic era formulated a metaphysics which claimed to have rediscovered, through reason, the truths behind faith: creationist metaphysics. Yet the idea of God is not endorsed by modern reason, which, since Kant, has been a moral reason. The so-called work of God encompasses what can no longer be overlooked: absolute evil. Yet, having abandoned the idea of God, what now falls apart, piece by piece, are all the concepts once linked to this idea – hence accomplishing the “deconstruction” which is the aim of this book. The latter paves the way, by reducing our perceptions to the “nothingness of life” – herein referred to as “Appearance” – for what Conche will call, in his future works, a “metaphysics of nature” (phusis) to replace the former God, which is thus “deconstructed.” By accepting a return to Greek reasoning and reliance on Milet, Elea , and Ephesus, something new can be constructed. French description: Les grands philosophes de l’epoque classique, a partir de Descartes, ont elabore une metaphysique qui pretendait retrouver, par la raison, les verites de la foi: la metaphysique creationniste. Mais l’idee de Dieu n’a pas l’aval de la raison moderne, qui est, depuis Kant, une raison morale. La pretendue oeuvre de Dieu comporte ce qui ne peut plus etre escamote: le mal absolu. Or, l’idee de Dieu etant abandonnee, ce qui s’effondre, piece par piece, ce sont tous les concepts qui etaient lies a cette idee: de la une deconstruction qui est l’objet de ce livre, lequel prepare, par une reduction au neant de la vie , nomme ici l’ Apparence , ce qui deviendra, dans les ouvrages ulterieurs de l’auteur, une metaphysique de la Nature (phusis), celle-ci prenant la place du Dieu ancien: l’on aura deconstruit ; grace a un retour a la raison grecque et a un ressourcement a Milet, a Elee, a Ephese, l’on construira autrement.
