Dans la plupart des cas, l’auteur n’apporte que des solutions provisoires, mais des questions nouvelles sont alors posees ; elles sont l’indication qu’une meilleure comprehension du probleme a ete atteinte, meme si la demonstration a ete faite que les phenomenes etaient plus complexes que prevus. Si la syntaxe francaise reste un domaine largement inexplore, il est neanmoins devenu possible d’instaurer des priorites parmi les questions a approfondir. Le choix des problemes n’est plus arbitraire. Les travaux publies ici respectent ces priorites et ouvrent des voies neuves ou, grace a des methodes formelles maintenant au point, des resultats importants doivent necessairement etre obtenus.
