by Jean-Michel Cadiot
English summary: This book analyzes L’Aube, a Christian Democratic and resolutely anti-Munich newspaper from France, aimed to unite forces for the Resistance from 1938 to 1940 and also created the Nouvelles equipes francaises (NEF). As early as January 1940, L’Aube announced that the Nazi’s aim was the total extermination of the Jews, and helped to organize the reception of refugees.
