Der 62. Band des Jahrbuchs fur Christliche Sozialwissenschaften ist dem Schwerpunktthema Wohnen – gutes Leben – Gerechtigkeit gewidmet. In gerechtigkeitstheoretischer Perspektive werden spezifische Formen von sozialer und raumlicher Ungleichheit des Wohnens in den Blick genommen und wohnungspolitische Maanahmen zur staatlichen Gewahrleistung des Rechts auf Wohnen diskutiert. Angesichts sich verandernder Segregationsdynamiken geht es unter dem Vorzeichen von Beteiligungsgerechtigkeit um Fragen von Exklusion, Partizipation und Reprasentation in der Wohnraumentwicklung. Gesellschaftliche Aushandlungsprozesse fairer Bedingungen guten Wohnens sind Anzeichen dafur, dass auch uber das Spannungsverhaltnis zwischen Gemeinwohl- und Partikularinteressen neu nachgedacht werden muss. Schliealich ist Wohnen als sozialethische Frage auch im Anwendungsfeld nachhaltiger Entwicklung zu konkretisieren und findet Ausdruck in der Bestimmung des Wohnens als Menschen- bzw. Grundrecht. Der Band profiliert das Querschnittsthema “Wohnen” als sozialethisch relevante Groae im interdisziplinaren wissenschaftlichen Diskurs und bereitet es zugleich fur weitere Diskussionszusammenhange in Wissenschaft und Praxis auf.
