Ist Theologie eine Wissenschaft?
edited by Fabian F. Grassl, Harald Seubert and Daniel von Wachter
English summary: The question of the scientific character of theology is decisive for its self-understanding and its status in the university. At the same time, it leads to the clarification of the relationship between faith and knowledge, reason and revelation in general and in the horizon of modernity. In this anthology, which emerged from a conference at the STH Basel in the fall of 2019, these fundamental questions are examined and amicably controversially discussed in methodological diversity between philosophy, epistemology, and theological self-understanding.
