German description: Im Zentrum des Aufsatzbandes zu den Anfangen der Schriftprophetie in Israel steht die Erstveroffentlichung einer Studie zu drei Diskursen in Jes 1-11 und deren joschijanischen Aktualisierung. Darin wird die prophetische Expertentatigkeit und Geschichtsdivinatorik nicht nur als soziale Praxis reflektiert, sondern auch in kulturgeschichtlicher und sozialanthropologischer Hinsicht. Ein Beitrag zum biblischen Monotheismus vertieft zudem die religionsphilosophischen und theologisch-hermeneutischen Aspekte. Die insgesamt funf literaturgeschichtlichen Untersuchungen widmen sich den Primardiskursen und ihren historisch-politischen Kontexten in Jesaja 1-11 und 22, bei Zefanja sowie in Jeremia 2-6 und 21-23.
