Come e cambiato e come sta cambiando il rapporto tra la campagna, chi la abita e chi la lavora? Quanto e reale il ritrovato interesse – anche nei giovani – per un’attivita agricola, lontano dalla citta e a diretto contatto con il mondo animale e vegetale? E possibile parlare di un “ritorno alla terra”, quasi a riequilibrare la grande fuga creatasi tra gli anni Cinquanta e Settanta? Sono domande alle quali si cerca di dare risposte non banali, non soltanto grazie alla competenza di esperti e tecnici, ma anche di artisti – in particolare registi e documentaristi – che hanno colto, con la loro sensibilita, questi aspetti. A partire da una prospettiva storica, rivisitando aspetti e momenti dell’esodo, ci si spinge verso l’attualita, per riflettere su alcuni dei temi di un “ritorno” tutto da verificare e governare.
