English summary: This volume documents the seventh theological conference as part of the Meissen Process involving the Church of England and the Evangelical Church in Germany. In this conference which was held in Salisbury/England in 2011, the theological work, to which both churches have pledged their efforts, focused on the missionary dimension of ecclesiology with the goal of finding common approaches for Christian witness in Europes process of transformation. The twelve essays representing academia and church leadership consider the meaning of mission in Anglican and Protestant ecclesiology and introduce current debates and new models for missionary work in both churches. From a historical perspective, the essays recall main themes within the history of mission from early Christianity to late antiquity. They also present basic reflections concerning the theology of mission in the context of the ecumenical movement. German description: Dieser Band dokumentiert die siebte Theologische Konferenz im Rahmen des Meissen Prozesses der Kirche von England und der Evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland, die 2011 in Salisbury/England stattfand.
