Eberhard Jungel (1934-2021) has had a greater impact on science and the church than almost any other systematic theologian, namely through his theology. Julian Zeyher-Quattlender and Volker Henning Drecoll focus on his core concerns and shed light on aspects of his thought and impact that have received less attention to date.
Born 1968; studied theology in Münster; 1996 doctorate; 1998 habilitation; Professor of Church History in Tübingen, with a focus on the Early Church; Ephorus of Evangelisches Stift Tübingen.
