English summary: The Mixtec grammar – Arte en lengua mixteca – by Antonio de los Reyes, first published in Mexico in 1593, is presented in a new edition with linguistic analysis. It also includes two 16th-century manuscripts from Monterrey and Puebla in order to present all relevant sources and their intertextual relationships. Previously, the work was available in an edition from 1889, which is only partially reliable and is based on a handwritten transcription of a copy of the first edition. The present edition offers a more reliable and accessible version, which also provides a linguistic analysis of the texts. German description: Die Mixtekische Grammatik – Arte en lengua mixteca – von Antonio de los Reyes, erstmals 1593 veroffentlicht, wird in einer neuen Ausgabe mit linguistischer Analyse prasentiert, die auch zwei 16. Jahrhundert-Manuskripte aus Monterrey und Puebla einbezieht, um alle relevanten Quellen und deren intertextuelle Beziehungen darzustellen. Bisher war das Werk in einer Ausgabe von 1889 verfugbar, die nur bedingt zuverlassig ist und auf einer handschriftlichen Abschrift einer Kopie der Erstausgabe beruht. Die vorliegende Ausgabe bietet eine zuverlassigere und leichter zugangliche Version, die zudem eine linguistische Analyse der Texte bietet. Die Arte von Antonio de los Reyes steht in engem Zusammenhang mit zwei Manuskripten aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, die ebenfalls die mixtekische Grammatik behandeln. Sie befinden sich derzeit in den Sammlungen des Kulturerbes des Tecnologico de Monterrey und der Biblioteca Historica Jose Maria Lafragua der Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla. Diese beiden zusatzlichen Manuskripte wurden in die vorliegende Edition aufgenommen, um alle derzeit bekannten Quellen aus dieser Zeit zusammenzufuhren und ihre intertextuellen Beziehungen zu zeigen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist neben dem Werk von Reyes auch die Arte de la lengua misteca unbekannter Autorenschaft aus dem Manuskript von Monterrey als wichtige und eigenstandige Quelle anzuerkennen.
