Fragen nach Jesus
edited by Marco Hofheinz and Nils Neumann
English summary: Questions after Jesus have been asked as long as Christianity exists. In fact, these questions that address the person of Jesus may aim at very different aspects. The contributions of the present volume deal with the questions of the history of research, mainly the Quest for the Historical Jesus, the history of Early Christianity and systematic theology. In doing so they point out what kinds of answers have been found acceptable in dfferent times and milieus. They not only survey the multi-faceted forms of the quests for Jesus, but also want to stimulate further debate. The volume records a series of lectures held at the Leibniz University Hannover in summer 2019.
