English summary: 12 Fact Sheets on the German National Economy: In the form of 12 fact sheets, the book offers a clear introduction to the economy of the Federal Republic of Germany and its historical development from an economic policy perspective. Topics such as value creation, growth, employment, economic situation, income and foreign trade are explained just as accurately as the national budget, monetary policy, wealth and poverty, migration, economic crises and climate policy.
