English summary: 2014 was the year of the 100th commemoration of the beginning of the First World War. Like almost no other war the First World War has been theological supported on all fronts and accompanied with pathos. Together with the upheavals of the years 1917-1919 he was a point of departure for all important theological theories of the 20th century. With the 50th commemoration of the regulation of the status of construction soldiers in the former GDR (1964) a further counterpoint was set for the topics of the “Theological Days” at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg in January 2014 which are documented in this volume.
