Der romische Zentralismus steht in standiger Kritik. R., studierte Germanistik, Geschichte, Kunstgeschichte, Philosophie und Theologie in Zurich, Chur und Bonn. Er war Mitarbeiter in der diozesanen Fortbildungskommission des Bistums Chur und in der interdiozesanen Fortbildungskommission der deutschschweizerischen Ordinarienkonferenz. Albert Mantel wohnt in Winterthur-Wulflingen und ist als Seelsorger und Kunstmaler tatig.
