Politica e giustizia a Bologna nel tardo medioevo
by Sarah Rubin Blanshei, Rolando Dondarini, Massimo Giansante and Armando Antonelli
Italian text.
English summary: This text examines a system of government, the “comune di popolo,” which is one of the most advanced institutional achievements, through an analysis of the political careers of the citizens of Bologna in the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries.
