This edition of Perceval le Galloys in prose (Paris, 1530) provides readers with a previously unknown text. Particularly faithful to the works in verse that it was modeled after, this is one of the most recent pieces of evidence attesting to the reception of Arthurian romance in the sixteenth century.

Review - French Un auteur anonyme a reecrit en prose, au debut du XVI siecle, une somme romanesque qui comprend - en amont et en aval du Conte du Graal de Chretien de Troyes - ses deux pseudo-prologues (Elucidation et Bliocadran), la Premiere Continuation selon la redaction longue, la Deuxieme Continuation et la Continuation de Manessier. Cette immense compilation arthurienne, transmise par une seule edition parue a Paris en 1530 et jamais publiee apres cette date, connait ici sa premiere edition critique : ce fragment, qui correspond a l'histoire de Caradoc, sera suivi de trois autres volumes qui completeront l'ensemble.
