English summary: Nihilism started out as the focal point of a diagnosis of contemporary society, formulated by those who observed it during the 19th and 20th centuries. At the same time, it has also been characterized as a recurring phase throughout history and a tendency present in and underlying all cultures. The topic thus invites a pluralalistic approach to examining the various configurations. This volume collects analyses of the works of Stirner, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Scheler, Juenger, Carl Schmitt, and Camus, as well as essays on phenomena analyzed through the lens of Nihilism. French description: Le nihilisme a d’abord ete la notion centrale d’un diagnostic porte sur l’epoque contemporaine de ceux qui l’ont formule, au XIXe et au XXe siecles; mais en meme temps, il a aussitot designe a la fois une phase recurrente de l’histoire en general et telle periode en particulier, puis une tendance toujours presente dans la culture. La notion appelle donc une approche plurielle qui examine les diverses configurations ou elle apparait pertinente, qu’elle soit au centre des verdicts rendus par tel ou tel courant ou qu’elle soit effectivement requise par l’examen des orientations qu’on observe. C’est ainsi que l’ouvrage rassemble des analyses sur les auteurs qui ont fait leur le terme, Stirner, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Scheler, Junger, Carl Schmitt, Camus, comme sur des phenomenes analyses au miroir de la notion: la musique atonale (Schonberg, Thomas Mann) ou les courants messianiques antinomistes (Scholem). La notion n’est donc pas cantonnee au seul domaine des valeurs morales, ou a celui d’un destin de la metaphysique, mais s’etend a l’esthetique, a certains courants religieux, a des orientations politiques fondamentales, voire a une conception de l’anthropologie philosophique.
