English summary: This volume presents the research results of renowned scholars both from Germany and abroad, who have chosen the critical edition of the obituary of the abbey of St Victor in Paris, published within the Corpus Victorinum series, as the point of departure for their work. This publication comprises four main topics. Part one presents obituaries as a source and a basis for interpretation. Part two deals with the early days of the abbey. Part three contains contributions on office-holders and religious men and women from Saint-Victor. Finally, part four surveys the endowments recorded in the obituary and their very specific impacts. Moreover, this volume will demonstate, by taking the example of an important religious place, which prosopographical issues can be gleaned from reverting to a medieval/early modern obituary and which results can be expected from it. German description: Der vorliegende Band teilt neue Forschungsergebnisse namhafter Wissenschaftler und Wissenschaftlerinnen aus dem In- und Ausland mit, die sich die im Jahre 2012 im Corpus Victorinum erschienene kritische Edition des Nekrologs der Pariser Abtei Saint-Victor als Ausgangspunkt ihrer Arbeiten gewahlt haben. Diese Publikation gliedert sich in vier thematische Bereiche. In Teil Eins werden Nekrologien als Quelle sowie als Interpretationsgrundlage vorgestellt. Teil Zwei handelt uber die fruhe Zeit der Abtei. Teil Drei umfasst Beitrage zu Amtstragern und Religiosen von Saint-Victor; Teil Vier schliesslich untersucht im Nekrolog verzeichnete Schenkungen und ihre ganz konkreten Folgen. Zugleich soll dieser Forschungsband am Beispiel eines bedeutenden religiosen Hauses zeigen, welche prosopographischen Fragestellungen der Ruckgriff auf ein mittelalterlich-fruhneuzeitliches Nekrologium ermoglicht und welcher Ertrag davon zu erwarten ist.
