English summary: The community of inquiry and dialogue are the keys concepts for Matthew Lipmans philosophy of education. Forged in the pragmatism of Peirce and Dewey, the culture of Hannah Arendt, the language of Wittgenstein, and the hermeneutics of Merleau-Ponty, Lipmans philosophy opened onto the holism of Nussbaum and Sen to confirm the important role of philosophy from a young age. His philosophy thus renews the social and ethical dimensions of the Socratic method.
