This thesis asks how these processes and structures can be designed in a way that is as human-oriented as possible. Angesichts einer zunehmenden Digitalisierung unserer Lebensbereiche mit Blick auf Algorithmen und soziotechnische (KI)-Systeme, ist (Sozial-)Ethik in besonderem Maae angefragt, Perspektiven auf eine menschengerechte Gestaltung dieses Wandels zu eroffnen. Sogar im sonst so traditionsreichen Fuaball finden zunehmend technische Systeme (Torlinientechnologie – GLT, Videoschiedsrichterassistent – VAR) Einzug und stellen uns vor neue Herausforderungen. Dadurch wird die Frage nach der Rolle und der Stellung des “Faktor Mensch” innerhalb dieser Strukturen immer wichtiger. Die vorliegende Arbeit fragt nach einer moglichst menschengerechten Gestaltung dieser Prozesse und Strukturen. Dabei werden Fragen des Verhaltnisses von Mensch-KI und der ethisch-rechtlichen Regulierungsbedurftigkeit dieser Systeme ebenso in den Blick genommen wie sportethische Schlaglichter oder Werte und ethische Prinzipien, die Perspektiven eroffnen sollen.
