Erzahlte Gnade
Beitrage zur protestantischen Gnadenlehre
by Regine Munz
Mercy and Grace are narrated in stories and novels. Mercy is a fundamental topic in theology. Mercy is even in politics and in cases of law a way of exception, but a constitutive one: Only the person or institution, who the low authorises, can grant mercy. Mercy and Sovereignty are closely related to each other, not only in law and Politics, also in general in the human life. Mercy is therefore a central theme of the language who reflects and depicts human life and of literature and aesthetics. The study relates systematic-theological and philosophical theories with theories of law, of politics and literary studies. It can give new glimpses and insights for the research in other fields.
