‘Der Herr ist mein Hirt’ – Alex Kurz nahert sich der Erfahrung des Trauerns anhand des wohl bekanntesten biblischen Psalms. In ruhiger, praziser Sprache interpretiert er das Leben in all seinen Facetten vom Psalm 23 her – vom ersten Vers bis hin zum Bild des dunklen Tals. In trostlich-beruhrenden Aufnahmen setzt der Fotograf Rolf Sutter die Aussagen der Texte eindrucksvoll ins Bild. Impulse zum Umgang mit der eigenen Trauer sowie eine kleine Sammlung trostlicher Texte aus der Bibel runden das Buchlein ab.
