English summary: “Arising” is roughly the corresponding English term for the Greek primary word “physis.” The early Greek pre-Socratic philosophers used this term to describe the totality of being as the origin and advancement of physical life. To “think in terms of arising” is characterized by the fundamental unity of the trilogy of “love, life and the body.” These yearbooks contain essays and short papers on a renewal in thinking that focuses on the initial unity of experience and reason in man. As a consequence, the intended scope of this yearbook is not just interdisciplinary, but it also aims in particular to accommodate man’s self-awareness in “poetry and music.” German description: “Aufgang” ist die sinngemasse Ubersetzung des griechischen Grundwortes “Physis”. Mit diesem Ausdruck bezeichneten die fruhgriechischen Vorsokratiker die Gesamtheit des Seins als das Entstehen und Werden des leiblichen Lebens. Das “Denken des Aufgangs” ist durch die ursprungliche Einheit der Trias “Liebe, Leben, Leib” gekennzeichnet. In den Jahrbuchern werden Aufsatze und kleinere Beitrage zur Erneuerung eines Denkens veroffentlicht, welches die anfangliche Zusammengehorigkeit von Erfahrung und Vernunft im Menschen in den Blick nimmt. So ist das Spektrum des Jahrbuches nicht nur interdisziplinar ausgerichtet, sondern offnet sich insbesondere auch den Selbsterfahrungen des Menschen in “Dichten und Musik”.
