Gregor Hochstetter studierte die Fächer Philosophie/Ethik und Bildende Kunst. Während seiner Promotion war er Mitarbeiter in der Arbeitsgruppe „Philosophie der Neurowissenschaften“ am Centre for Integrative Neuroscience (CIN), Tübingen. Derzeit unterrichtet er als Gymnasiallehrer die Fächer Philosophie/Ethik und Bildende Kunst und ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Universität Tübingen.
