Wie aber protestieren Fridays for Future, die Letzte Generation und andere Gruppierungen, die aktuell fur einen ehrgeizigeren Klima- und Umweltschutz eintreten? Welche Rechte nehmen sie dabei in Anspruch und wie begegnet ihnen der demokratische Verfassungsstaat? Zwolf Verfassungsrechtlerinnen und Verfassungsrechtler teilen ihre Beobachtungen zu Themen wie Klebe- und Blockadeaktionen, Protestcamps oder den Interaktionen der Protestierenden mit Politik und Verwaltung. Die Idee fur diesen Band entsprang dem verfassungsrechtlichen “Dienstagskolloquium” an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitat Munchen.
