English summary: Dream and Existence occupies a unique space within Binswanger’s oeuvre, this wide range of articles, books, and talks through which the Daseinsanalyse had reached its full development in 1954, when the first French translation of this text was published with a lengthy introduction by Michel Foucault. This volume presents a new and timely translation. French text.
